remarks
The organ in its current form dates back to 1963. The Romanus Seifert workshop in Kevelaer supplied a work with twelve registers. Part of the pipework and the windchests were made by organ builder Daniel Roetzel from Alpen (1874). The façade is attributed to Peter Weidtmann (c. 1700) because it bears a strong resemblance to the organ in Hoerstgen on the Lower Rhine (Protestant church) and to the preserved organ façade of St. Johann Baptist Church in Cologne-Thenhoven (Marcussen 1991, façade from 1710).
