remarks
The organ was completely restored in 1989.
Well preserved and maintained.
Full overall sound, fine gradation of the fundamental tones.
Currently dismantled and in storage.
The organ was built in 1881 for the institutional church in Lichtenau. The conversion took place in 1881 using seven old registers and the historic, three-part classicist case. The previous organ dated from 1827.
The instrument is a listed building and it is desirable that the organ finds a new home in southern Germany.
