remarks
The case is made entirely of solid hazel wood – a rarity!
It was constructed using a frame design and fitted with plug-in panels all around, making it easy to dismantle for transport.
The veil boards are carved from pear wood.
The wind system is purely mechanical in design,
with a double bellows operated by a foot pedal.
The keyboard has two arms and can be easily removed for transport.
The keys are covered with selected Bahia rosewood, while the upper keys are made of ebony.
Inlays of rosewood, ebony, and mammoth tusk in the keyboard cheeks.
The register mechanism is smooth-running thanks to ball-bearing axles on the steel shafts.
The register pulls are made of ebony with exclusive hand-written porcelain labels with platinum edging.
